rear wiper problem

hi all. i've got an intermittent problem with my rear wiper Sad . now and again it just stops half way and the only way to get it working again is to give it a push and switch it on again and it works again Confused . also the wash jet is just a dribble, an old man could p.i.s.s better.
its a 54 plate TD6. would appreciate any suggestions

andy i got the same problem with the "dribble" lol. mine is also a 54 td6

I have 'The Dribble' problem too, on 2005 SC. Wiper seems OK though.

Mine was dribbling, replaced the one way valve and cleaned through the jets. Check the wiki for details on removing washer, relevant to checking the components.

I just have a dribble problem Wink

Seriously, gave up with mine not working and had a new wiper/washer fitted with motor (@ £170). Its poor design as the washer is integral with the wiper.... .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember Wink
