It's always possible that the refrigerant in the ac isn't up to full capacity due to a small leak in the system. It could still allow the ac to operate and produce partial cooling but the evaporator temperature might not be low enough to cause full dehumidification of the air passing over it.
Could explain why your car is misted internally after a cold night and why it takes a relatively long time to clear first thing even using the ac.
Might be worth getting it checked out.

list of things to go through Mick Smile

1. Clear windows in morning with a microfibre cloth or such like to pull as much moisture off them as possible.
2. once dry give them a dam good clean inside, and then outside (cos cleanign the inside will show the dirt/muck lines on the outside anyway!)
3. pull the pollen filter out and check it over.
4. if still nothing then back to the dealer for investigation, but take before and after photos as well to help prove your point and maybe pop by dealership early one morning and see what the ones on the forecourt are like Very Happy

Interestingthread, on start up mine mists up the windscreen and then clears it. This morning it was frosty on the outside so I fired it up and hit the defog, cleared the screen but misted up all the side windows. letters not necessarily in the right order
