Favourite/Cached Topics/Threads

I have seen on forums in the past that i've been a member of the function of bookmarking in effect certain threads so while you can watch a thread and recieve updates when its got a new post, bookmarking means for threads that could be important to the person in the future.

I find it useful when i come across something like a procedure thats poorly described in the manual or some little known function that someone has found.

Also as another aside would it be possible to have a sticky thread where people could post part numbers.

Example would be

Subject
BOOT SWITCH - RPC1284

Body
this is the switch button itself but not the casing that is required.

The whole unit is here(Hyperlink to another post/thread)

This would likely be best in its own section and lower sections dividing a bit like Microcat, but hopefully easier to use...
I wish microcat was like service.citroen....

Just an idea similar to the above, but it would be handy to have all your watched topics /favourites listed in maybe your profile or something so quick access? Don't shoot me if there is something similar in place already, I'm a newbie Embarassed

Hadn't seen this before... "Watch this topic" is top right of every thread, under the page numbering.

Sure, but say your watching several topics, where is your list saved? At the mo I think it just notifies u of and new posts of that topic etc but be handy to have an area to go where all your watched topics/favourites are saved, just a thought Idea

There are now icons at the top right of the Profile page to access your own posts, and your watched topics Smile
