radio stopped

any ideas on this my screen comes on but when i push the the button to turn the radio on it does not come on no power light on the button

any help please

that sounds like a damp issue to me...when i first got my car it kept losing the radio screen,it turned out to be the nav unit was water damaged...replaced with the mk4 dvd unit all good.. V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

some easy checks:

Look at the fuses first

remove left side cover in the boot and check around for damp - should be dry and covered in dust (unless like me you polish in there Whistle )

Let us know what you find Discovery 4 HSE

England 2015 Range Rover SVAutobiography SDV8 Loire Blue

If you pull out your nav box and remove the two plugs on the rear. Below the nav towards the sub woofer is the TV tuner box (silver box) remove the two plugs (same plugs as the nav box)...

Now plug the nav plugs into the TV tuner box... Switch on the screen and try your radio... This bypasses your nav computer and resets your AV system...

Refit the plugs back into the original places. Refit your nav box and try your radio again...
