TD6 - Exhaust black paint/finish

Hi Everyone

Have noticed on my TD6 that the main wide exhaust back-box on the RR is loosing a bit of its black coating, making it look a bit shabby.

Any ideas on restoring this finish or what paint to use?

Just looks shabby from the rear!

nice one - I'll see how bad it is when I get back from holiday and give it a really good wash.

I presume your paint is matt finish then? Just thinking how I can apply it without leaving brush strokes!

i recently used spray on matt black exhaust paint which is available from Halfauds etc.

Mine is the same but as I am about to sell it I am not sure if this will look suspicious having fresh paint on it. I already have Stove paint and black satin paint in the garage, I reckon I will end up doing it anyway. Discovery 4 HSE

Just use some black matte spray (4EUR/can) from 30cm on a clean exhaust, it will look just perfect. I did this a year ago and it's still there... Even I can't say where I sprayed anymore...
