I've just ordered a set of 275/55R20 Cooper LTZ's for my FF.

I've commonly read that the bulge in the right rear wheel well needs an adjustment ... does anyone have any pics of the adjustments they have done to give me an idea of how much i'll need to take off / push out of the way?

Out of interest where did you get them in that size?

Craddocks do them in 275/45/20 but would prefer a bit more sidewall.

Are they speed rated for a FF 2010 3.6TDV8 Stornoway Grey/ Black interior - gone
2005 4.4V8 (M62) Bonatti Grey/ Parchment interior - gone
1998 4.6HSE Blue/ Cream interior (can't remember exact colours) - gone
1977 White - gone (should have kept)

Or 'E' Marked - Not saying they won't be but worth checking, I would guess if not, could invalidate insurance.

No pics - but there's not that much room anyway before you're on metal. Just take a hot air gun and push as far as you can. My 275/65 18s don't rub in the rear anymore. Have to take car of the fronts (on full lock) now

I bought my set of 285 50 20 ltz 's from the same place. They delivered quickly and have all the eu marks. looking forward to some pics! I had some 275 55 grapplers fitted i ordered from usa but went back to coopers as they are a much better tyre.[/url][url]

You could always recalibrate the rear suspension to give a higher ride height? .

I could, but due to the articulation, it'll always hit it by the looks of it, it needs pushed out the way, or cut out. I'll push it first.

I'm actually considering re-mapping the suspension to sit slightly lower at normal ride height so that the towball remains at the same height with the new tyres fitted.

Not really looked into that at the moment too much - something I can worry about once its up and running. I have a faultmate MSV so I can mess around with the settings without fuss. V8 or else ...

The rub is worse in higher mode as the arc of the suspension arms narrows the track as the suspension raises. I pulled the trim in with a very short self tapper screw. if the screw is too long it will go through the fuel filler pipe. The trim sticks out on the drivers side as it covers the filler pipe but theres enough room behind it to pull it in.Which wheels are you using? if its the later ones they are a greater offset and may not rub anyway. Mine only just touched on older wheels with 285's and yours are 275's so you have 5mm more clearance.
