I just fitted some LED T10 canbus front sidelight bulbs - they look good....however, when I switch the ignition on, they flash quickly for a few times and then stay on constant - why do they do that - any ideas anyone ?? Stolen / Gone: 2006MY Supercharged LPG Autobiography - Zambezi Silver with Sand/Jet/Jet Oxford Leather.....

This is the norm, its your lcm checking that they are working, the lcm sends a small voltage to check for a resistance and that tells the lcm that its working, its only a small pulse not enough to light a normal bulb but as leds work on lower voltage it causes it to flash..my ones do it and my fogs as well as my high beam so you can imagine its a bit like a christmas tree at night.. V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

Daveo - perhaps you could list the parts you have for your set up.? I tried to do mine but only have LED's for the Flash (and they are not bright at all)

Would love to do side lights as they are the yellow colour still and look pants. I still get a bulb warning even though nothing is wrong. Ash

to be honest the led's in the high beam are not that great, they look fine and are the same colour but you dont get any light out of them, but i have a set of xenon's coming that are ment to have the flash option, if they work then "i will have what i like to call" tri-xenon  V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.
