Hi Guys

today when I started the car,there came a message the spare wheel is deflated.

the message disapeared soon later but It comes back everytime I start the car.

But as my battery is close to junk I dont really believe that I have TPMS.

some days ago the engine went into safe mode I could accelerate like it should. (It felt like an old TD6)

but when the battery was charged everything went back to normal..

So I'm still not sure if I have TPMS In one year of ownership I never got a message from the tyres

Car is a 2006 SC ( Swiss Spec)

Build date was (I guess) 06.2005



can anyone check what extras it has?

I'm pretty sure all SC's have TPMS, and mine is a right royal pain in the and I wish I could disable it!  Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue
Had- 2008 TDV8 Vogue SE in Java black
Had - 2007 S/C in Stornoway Grey

Mine is an 06 SC built June 2005 and i don't have TPMS

the Eurotax system says it was an extra for 800 CHF..

I would be happier with a parking heater

You can tell my looking at the valves on the tyres. TPMS ones are locked on with a nut. Like these, a RRS but you'll get the idea:

Non-TPMS ones are bog standard tyre valves.

Also, might I suggest you delete the VIN from your post....

My S/C has TMPS and it is great as my rear tires are not doing well (new set is on the way) so every 2 weeks I get the compressor our to give them another jolt. Front tires are perfect !!.

Mine is a North American Spec and if I read the RangeRover.net site on cars, I get the impression that the S/Cs are all song and dance. So I would expect yours to have it as well.

Easy way to test : just let one tire down to 30 of 40 kpa below its normal and see what happens. If you haven't had the warning, could be that you did well on keeping them topped up or they just don't lose pressure. The system is also temperature compensated so summer and winter don't make a difference. The system seems to be quite sophisticated when I read the description, hence no "false" alarms for you maybe. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!
