Weirdly I saw this vehicle on EBay at lunch time and this evening it passed me on the M18/M180. I followed for a bit and it seemed to be running well.




Not exactly my choice of colour but the “matt” looks much better close up and the blue is muted on the road.

Of interest to me was the fact that it is a TD6 with 22” wheels and looked very poised between 70 and 80 (ish). I thought TD6s became "difficult" above 19”?

always been a fan of matt black but i dont like the blue....

td6's are fine on bigger wheels its just the vibrations when in gear and stopped..

Yes it was a bit “Twilight Zone”. I had actually been looking on EBay for some body coloured covers for my door mirrors (02-05) and ended up wondering if the polished stainless steel ones could be re- sprayed to de-bling them. But that’s a different thread I think.
