If I wasn't being so particular about the spec of my next one it would be easier, for example they'd just got in a nice looking Buckingham blue, sand leather, privacy, SC grille and vents, but I don;t want the sand interior, had it been black I'd have gone for it. Discovery 4 HSE

I would agree about having another look. If the thump is still there, walk away as you will always be thinking about it.

Adam i think privacy class glass is very *yesterday* - people with style are going without them on a FFRR here in the fatherland - i start to think that PG makes you look like a drug dealing crack n**** All my spelling errorz are belong to me!

Ken, am I right in thinking that Factory PG is actually a black glass and not a normal glass with a tint film applied in some manner? I have privacy windows and I don't like it (I feel like someone's else's driver - the kids love it though), but I can confirm that the glass is just darker, there is no film. |

I'm the opposite, I prefer that feeling of not being visible to other road users, I like the privacy feeling. A FFRR with no privacy looks so exposed. Most people seem to hate Range Rover drivers (pure jealousy rather than enviro-maniacs) so I'd prefer them not to see who I am.

But the privacy is available for the rear windows only, the driver is still exposed and at least in my country it is forbidden to tint the front side windows and the windshield... |

In the UK it's also ilegal to tint the front side windows beyond a certain percentage, and totally ilegal to tint the windscreen (No one over here does that, the Police would pull you over straight away, however you can get away with the front sides, you are unlucky if you get caught.
