Friggin Timewasters

The other day i put the wife's iPad up for sale on Gumtree , why do these bawbags , and e-mail or phone ask about the spec of the iPad then say they really want it and arrange to either call up and pick it up or to meet somewhere ……. and then do not show or appear at meeting points ……… have wasted more time waiting in for folk over the last couple of days …….

I have never used Gumtree to sell stuff, only used to it to advertise for baby sitters.

You could try eBay. It can be a pain in the backside at times but at least you can screen purchasers (by setting feedback restrictions, etc). Paul
