i think you might have to unless when you click out the bottom panel theres enough flexibility to move the panel out the way.. ... - .- -.

You can just about manage it if you have a long extension for your socket too reach the top bolts |

I did mine a few weeks ago.. I have mud flaps and side steps. It was easy, there is enough room. I was shocked at how much earth etc was stuck behind the panel, so I was glad to give it a good clean out as well. Previously..
