Simon, i have seen them before on ebay. I think the price is really good.
It is not genuine Land Rover, but can obviously still be good.
I actually bought a kit like that from a private person in the UK last week, but the genuine. Haven´t recived it yet.
The genuine kit (the roof rails and the cross bars would cost 1100£ over here..)
I think the kit you saw on ebay is the same as in this link below. I belive someone from powerful UK is member here.

Just to let you know, I have these exact rails and bars, bought from the same guy.

I'm pretty certain these are LR, they even came with LR fitting instructions.

i'd say they are not genuine Land Rover, good looking copies though.
