I've also heard of some people relocating batteries in there as well or additional ones but not sure of the reasons...

Sorry to got WOT on this, though it does look nice in the storage hole as my cuddy only has some febreeze in it at the moment Sad

The compressor was moved when I had my LPG kit fitted. The LPG tank takes up the spare wheel well where the compressor normally fits. Not much to really take a photo of as the compressor is wrapped in foam and stuffed in the cubbyhole. [img]http://www.fuelly.com/driver/rob2529/range-rover[img/]
04, 4.4V8, Vogue Oslo Blue with LPG.

It's been like it for over 12months and the compressor is very lazy so works harder and more than most so still surprised it's lasted this long. Preston Air make a propped bracket to stop the noise and remove the need to wrap it in foam. [img]http://www.fuelly.com/driver/rob2529/range-rover[img/]
