Just been reading the posts on the 50th Defender forum, very interesting - they don't seem to think much of the 50th Anniversary Discos, Freelanders and P38a's do they! I see a pristine 50th Anniversary Freelander most days and there are several 50th Disco1's in this area. I'm amazed that h=they have all been able to keep their special effect paintwork in such good condition. Gleneagles Hotel had a 50th Defender that was a wreck by the time they chopped it in to the local dealer a couple of years ago - the chassis was rotten and it was scored and scratched. I was offered it by the dealer but didn't fancy the amount of money it needed spending on it to get it back to its former glory. 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes |
