yes, well I say yes as thats the same as the one pictured in my car on that other thread. It protects against spills as well as any rubbish that you may have in the boot. The edge by the tailgate can easily be cut off if not wanted. It came next day when I ordered one. Very Happy 2006 MY Autobiography. With 'toys'
