anyone had remapping done on there car ,there is so much difference in prices for the same job

some have , do a search.

I went with autologic purely cos it could be done remotely. Didn't seem to make much difference although my car may have been done before.
I would have preferred JE engineering but it would have cost me more to get up there as they need to have the vehicle. JE do seem to be the best at doing this on the TD6 FFRR TD6 HSE

JE all the way - nobody I know has had any regrets using them. +3mpg and far more enjoyable drive. RRUK did a review a couple of years ago - do a search tons of info. I also looked at DMS, Autologic, JE, Turbochip, BAS and several budget options which i wrote off immediately! If you want a decent one you must go to a decent companty with a reputation worth losing and who have been around a while - any fool can overwrite an ECU to just dump extra fuel in the cylinders - result = loads of smoke, poor fuel economy and an engine which doesn't last long.

Have used both JE & DMS , DMS on 5 other cars inc RR, JE on one RRS , not had any issues with any cars , just do not do it on the cheap with bolt on rail box's etc a waste of time and money. Far to many gone...
