I've just driven past a jogger, maybe about my age (very late 50s in fact about as late 50s as you can get). He was soaked, probably cold, breathing hard and had his face firmly locked in a death mask grin.
I drove past in my FFRR, warm, high, dry, listening to the radio on one of my many days off - I noticed his tee shirt had "WINNER" on the front of it - I then came out in an ear to ear proper smug grin as I thought "really?"

Will his exercise routine coupled with healthy eating make him live longer, maybe, but in any event it will certainly seem like it. Geoff
