Having to have a new Radiator would not be because of an LPG install.

You'll need a new radiator because they don't last more than five or six years before the joints corrode. It has nothing to do with LPG.
... apart from saving £60 per tank. * When I say "faultless", it has had quite a few niggles but none of them LPG related. 2012 4.4 TDV8 Westminster 2007 3.6 TDV8 Vogue - gone! 2003 V8 HSE (LPG) - gone! 2018 F-Pace 25t Portfolio 1974 LR Series III Lightweight FFR 2014 BMW 640i Gran Coupe |

Same here. LPG for over 12months and no LPG related issues. Only the usual 4.4 coolant problems. [img]http://www.fuelly.com/driver/rob2529/range-rover[img/]

I would say the engine overall would run a little bit cooler and not hotter as the vapouriser/s take quite a lot of heat out of the system, this is why most won't kick in until a few minutes after startup or it can cause the coolant to freeze if the outside temp is too cold, one reason its not often used in artic circle and such places

Having read through the thread I feel much better than just the title, where I had visions of a very flamable situation!!!! |
