Scotland 2005 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Zambezi Silver

With being in the North of Scotland where Snow and road salt is an anual event, the Headlight wipers are compusary!,

so I opted for this front lower lip, it is a very good fit, no trimming required just paint and fit.

http://www.pimpmyrange.co.uk/products/plat...p-438.html

cost only £250 with £150 painted at my local paint specialist.

I am thinking of a 2011 facelift, but really need headlights cleaned as the water jets are a joke Current vehicles

Scotland 2005 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Zambezi Silver

its a bit by bit transformation!, first the engine got some basics, K&N, mapping and personal tweeks,

then a suspension remote module to lower the running hieght by dash control,

the latest is the custom rear Powerflo exhaust system for the HST upgrade rear bumper assembly.

This as you can see has the Bumper reflectors and the center HST original panel for the towbar access, with the working custom exhaust tail pipes full functional.

gives good 15 BHP and a lovely rip, but still quite at all speeds in the car.

There is only one more to do, I just need to get the Supercharger kit from vortex which will finish here off and top out the engine output. Current vehicles

Wink

Personally I would have thought you would be better off fitting the S62 engine in there? Probably cheaper and more powerful?

i think with all the loom work a s62 engine would work out a lot more costly when you add the hours of labour to the cost "RANGEISM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED"

Vs £6000 to add a SC... That's 60% of the cars value crazy fool!

I also wonder whether the gearbox would take it?

I'd rather save up the extra and go out and buy a S/C 2006 Mercedes CLS
1991 Retro-style Mini
But really finding it hard to fight the urge for a S/C...

there are some kits out there for around £4000 but as you say still a lot of money and im also unsure the gearbox could take the extra power amongst other things......i think the answer is to sell mine and buy a s/c Thumbs Up "RANGEISM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED"

S62 can only be paired to a manual transmission! So it cannot be done in a Range Rover. The best thing you can do is the 5.0/5.2 M62 conversion done by Overfinch/Hamann. At today's prices they cost like 20.000 euros so a SC from ESS is quite valuable. 2000 BMW M5, Avus Blue/LeMans Leather Interior
