I don't buy RR's for their reliability.

I don't buy them for their fuel efficiency either!

I buy them for their comfort, style, prowess and performance amongst other reasons.

Reliability would be nice.

NOBODY buys them for fuel efficiency.

Comfort: yes. Style: yes. Performance: yes - along with versatility and practicality. Been using mine as a ute/mobile skip since buying the house... far more useful than my last Alfa!!!

I wonder how they work out the figures though.

how many out of that % will be FFRR ?

Yes, we all know they are un-reliable in comparison to some other marques, but I'd love to know how many Freelanders, RRSports & Disco's are added in.

My car must be worth a fortune then due to it's uniqueness........... it has never let me down, it's been 100% reliable, just the same as the 2 RRS's, the TD6 FFRR, the fReelander, the Defender and the Disco2 and Disco1 that went before it 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

Clearly they are a pile of Censored that's while we all have them and love them.

I'm not sure my missus is the most reliable thing on the planet, but she cleans, cooks and Censored, if I'm nice to her, and she costs quite a bit to run. Obviously I could get in something cheaper from SE Asia but I would be the laughing stock of the neighbourhood. Geoff

Yep, I remember when the 'JD Power' surveys first appeared on the 'old' Top Gear and I thought they were inaccurate then. I remembered that Ford Escorts were one of the worst cars on their survey and came bottom of their top 100 cars, but at the time, more Escorts were sold per month than any other manufacturers model, so obviously, there was a larger base of people to complain. Steve
