United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Vogue SE Supercharged Java Black

Whilst the TD6 doesn't have very brisk acceleration, it will happily cruise along at 80mph and return a decent mpg for a big heavy car. Acceleration at overtaking speed isnt bad.

I do have a nice nippy coupe if I fancy a brisk drive, but I do enjoy the more sedate feel of the TD6 on a long motorway run.

Horses for courses really

Problem is I can't find the right spec TD6 in the right color, with lowish miles at the price I've got in mind.

A lot of post 05 TD6 owners are asking big bucks for their cars.

Maybe you have the wrong price in mind then. We all want to get a bargain but if everyone is asking a certain price it's because that's what they generally reckon to receive. Check out prices with somebody like Parkers guide to get a rough idea. Then take your time finding what you want.

If you rush into it you may regret it. No longer FF owner but still interested. Present car Jaguar XE

United Kingdom 2004 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Java Black

The TD6 will hold its money better as it gets older, guys that buy supercharged range rovers new don't even ask what the mpg is, guys spending 10k do. Lets face it when you do come to sell it will be an old heavy 4x4 with ridiculous mpg and fuel will be even more expensive, at least the td6 will be a good buy as an old work horse where as the market for an old supercharged will be only enthusiast's.

In saying all that i do fancy a supercharged myself so i say supercharged........ Laughing 2004 black Vogue TD6

Ok, so I am 95% there on the S/C.

I want to close tomorrow am on this deal.

The car is about 17k, 2006 model, blk/blk with 100k on the clock.

Lets say I keep it for 2/3 yrs, do about 15-20k miles, what will it be worth roughly, are these hard to sell on?

consider the car tax as well.... registered before march 23rd 2006 its £260 after that date its £460....
