FWIW, I follow the basic rules of drop suspension into access height to relieve the pressure in the airbags. Disconnect battery so the car doesn't try to self level. Jack under the suspension arms and put axle stands under the main jacking points.

Go to the wiki, find the download link to the RAVE and read before starting. This is not a 1971 Ford Cortina. Even disconnecting the battery can become an expensive mistake if you don't follow the proper procedure.
