Can I use RR to jump start ?

May be a silly question, but can I use my RR to jump start another car?

My mum rang me last night, her car has a flat battery (does less than 1000 miles a year) Rolling Eyes Can I go and jump start it - or am I likely to upset my RR's electronics by doing so (2005 TD6)

Thanks in advance ... Thumbs Up

Yes and you should find a positive terminal/post inside the engine compartment in front of the battery compartment just for jump starting as the battery is in a difficult position. Negative can be clipped to chassis or damper bolts.
