I have tried to enter the diagrams of the bushes and the LR tools and part nos but for some reason it wont let me Sad
Land Rover Numbers :-
LRT - 64-025/2 and LRT - 64-025/1 FOR THE TOP BUSH
LRT - 64-026/3 and LRT - 64-026/1 FOR THE BOTTOM BUSH

I'm just going to knock up a tool myself at home but if I can't get hold of the right sizes of tubing I'll order the same one as you. I presume you've got it now and verified it fits?

I bought the bushes last night so will sort it on Sunday if the weather stays fine. I checked the price of the LR tools the other day - very expensive!

If this is a quickish one off job I am sure it would be cheaper paying an expert indy £60 for an hour rather than buying tools to be used just the once etc.. Surprised

It'll be more than an hour to do both sides. Probably 3 all in I would guess. For me it's a convenience thing as well. The more I can do myself the less times I have to take a day off work just to give a car to someone else while I sit around waiting for them to finish.

Mine are all done, by Keith at Caldwell and Dempster in Banchory, Keith knows all Land Rover inside out!!!.

I highly recommend him,

work done on mine to date

all bushes

water pump, ingection full system upgrade ( complete Vee system replace!)

Altenator, all belt tensioners

Just replaced new OEM Landrover complete gearbox and convertor (Land rover cost including VAT £1400!!)

I am looking to put on this month the Paddle shift system upgrade and my Canada sourced programmer to drop the original ECU for suspension ride height,
(use the original module by adding information controlled via steering wheel cruise buttons

Upgrading the rear original brakes to Vented 2007 one Hopefully, if the complete calipers every arrive!!

Dreamed up future upgrades, get a supercharger for the BMW M62 engine that fits in the VEE!!. Current vehicles

Top bush changed - an absolute doddle with the Vectra tool Thumbs Up Unable to do the bottom hub bush as I don't have a big enough bush remover tool or socket to do it Sad Will have a measure of the new bush and get 2 x sockets from Hellfrauds and do the job with a bit of threaded bar Thumbs Up

Not as yet - I've a socket large enough to fit the bearing to push it out but nothing as yet big enough to fit around the bearing to allow it clout of the arm Sad I will get a quote from an engineering firm to knock me one up I have the measurements so shouldn't be to difficult Thumbs Up

Looking at your pictures you have shown more than top and bottom rear rose bushes, are the wishbone bushes needing renewed? Also I see front castor arm bushes and ARB in the pictures have you done them yet?

I bought a set of rear rose bushes today 2 top and 2 bottom, I also ordered 2 rear toe control arms as the bushes on mine are knackered, so a few jobs to do in the near future. That and an oil change plus double flush the gearbox again this year.

I had at 73,000 miles play in the inner swinging arm bushes both top and bottom, outer knuckles were shot, toe arm was replaced as this far in, only bushes not touched were the chassis under frame 4 carriers , but they are on the to do list!! at some point, these can be a right b...er appartently.

anti roll bar bushes, currently only available with new role Bar!!, polyflex are looking at it after my enquiry, the more enquiries the faster they will produce front and rear.

hope this helps
