I didn't state it was LR's fault, it was the dealers fault that compounded the issue by stating they would fix them and then it up. The problem is that a luxury brand should be represented by dealers that work to those standards, I get a significantly better service from the dealership I take my other car! |

It's time for an update and a bit of humble pie. The guys at LPR gave my car a thorough medical and found a couple of issues, all now fixed. We got the car back on Friday afternoon and over the weekend I've done everything possible to break it but it's perfect. It actually feels like a different car and is doing over 4 mpg more than before (they found a problem with the rear diff but I never thought it would make so much difference).

Andyd, I have followed your post and thread with some concern, since reliability is of paramount importance. This is more so if (like us) we haul a 3-tonne caravan from Perth to Darwin, (around 4,500 km), and the nearest LR dealer is in either of those two cities!
