But why is it vat qualifying?

According to my sums the previous owner has spent about £80k on fuel.

And it was owned by a bank, no wonder they needed a bail out!!

A car originally purchased by a VAT qualifying business remains VAT qualifying until it is sold to Non Vat registered entity.

shame it falls into the higher car tax bracket....
