not sure carbon fibre wheels for a road car are a very good idea at all. When I used to race bikes, they were a great but expensive way to weight reduction but they weren't able to withstand loads other than that encountered in normal riding (such as during a crash). They may have been developed better than that now but I suspect potholes will see them as very expensive ornaments. Not sure of the weight benefits on a 2.7T road car anyway. First time FFRR owner |

The ad says they can refurbish if you prefer a different finish. Who would paint their £10k wheels to hide the fact they are carbon fibre? I can see the benefit on a lightweight track hypercar but not on an suv. |
