Anyone know this '15 L405 TDV8 & why it needed a new eng

This popped up on Autotrader yesterday, anyone know it?

I realise there's no number plate, but you may recall your engine going bang! Sad

Seems a little odd, as it's a TDV8 with only 86K miles, looks tidy, decent rubber AND 10 service stamps from LR & Indy's, but needed a replacement engine?

No idea on the history, but very tidy looking car. I am pretty sure they are not genuine wheels (I may be wrong, or at least not the right ones for L405 as that style is different on the L405, they look like Discovery 5 wheels diamond cut maybe?) the other thing to look for is how long is the warranty on the new engine? given history of engines going pop quite probably not that unusual.

Thumbs Up Thumbs Up
