Hi

I have had my P400e from new since July 2018 and has covered 46k miles. I’ve noticed it has recently started to make a tappety type rattle on cold startup. Is this a sign of timing chain tensioner issues on the ingenium engine? Car is currently leased by my employer with an end of contract purchase option. Hand the keys back and walk away??

"..This may be caused by a Variable Camshaft Timing (VCT) unit internal seal that is below specification..."
