^^^ Yes. I've fitted these between the plates of steel which touch directly onto the chassis on the rear subframe:

They are 1mm thick, and I cut them to match the shape of the plates. Adhesive on one side, so easy to stick to the metal plates whilst re-fitting it all.
This was on the back of Haylands doing similar when we've replace our ACE hydraulics pipes that run to the rear. We also etch primed the alu chassis and dinitol'ed it also. ( The threads are in the L405 sections )
Is it worth it? 100%. It not only gives some piece of mind about separating the metals, but it also makes a noticable change to the noise levels in the car. The silicon pads must insulate a notable amount of vibration coming up through the wheels and subframe. I noticed a difference instantly, and Haylands has similar observations.
Why on earth LR didn't think to do similar at assembly is beyond me. The improvement is really that good. V8 or else ...
