If they are standard tyre sizes then no - the rolling radius is more or less the same = no difference.

255/55/20 275/45/21 or 275/40/22 or on some L405’s 285/40/22 these are the std OEM fit and won’t make any material difference

In my experience they all register 3 to 4 mph under speedo reading 2021 L405 Vogue SE 4.4 V8 DIESEL ~ #17

If you’re looking for a set of 21”s I have the four that I took off my 2017 Autobiography SDV8, which are clogging up one of my sheds.
I’m near Plymouth most weekends.

I've found this calculator to be useful for working this out.

I can’t easily get to them, as they’re stacked at the back of one of my sheds. So here’s a couple of photos from when I bought the FFRR in October 2019.

As I go off road regularly, I immediately fitted 20” rims. As such these wheels have only been used for the 20,500 miles it had done when I bought it.

From memory they don’t have any damage whatsoever.

I’ll be 15 miles from Plymouth over the Easter weekend and most other weekends for the next few months.

The tyres are Pirelli All Seasons, BUT they were probably fitted in 2017, when it was new. Again from memory, they have c.3mm/4mm tread depth.

They have been carefully stacked in the dark, but yes at nearly 8 years old I’d probably want to replace the tyres.

£500?

The 21”s are the oe stock/default MY17 Autobiography rims, unless the first owner specified otherwise.

They do look great and many think that size is the best compromise, but for regular off road use I wanted the smallest rims possible. Which with the bigger SDV8 brakes meant 20”s.

I wanted similar style rims, so I have 10 of these 20”s now:
