Private Message Spam?

Had an email notification yesterday of a PM but when I went to my Inbox today, even though it says I have an unread PM, the one I was notified about isn't there.

I obviously can't read the message as it doesn't exist in my Inbox so I can't get rid of the "You have an unread message" message

Member name of "vcat" doesn't seem to appear in the members list either.

That would explain the issue as I had a PM about a part I was looking for too.

Annoying that I can't get rid of the PM notification at the top of the screen though.

Just answered my own (and David's) question.

If you go to the bottom of the inbox page there's an option to mark all as read. Clicked that and message gone away. 2021 D350 Fifty Edition - Carpathian Grey
