power supply to touch screen

Hi all, i have an infotainment issue that is driving me insane, I picked up a 2007 L322 with a few issues, most i have sorted inc side step deployment, mirrors (sort of fixed), headlining-work in progress Big Cry although the infotainment issue is one i can't seem to sort, Big Cry
The issue is power to the touch screen, i have no power light and the screen does nothing, the only sign of life is that all the buttons light up when the lights are on,
The previous owner replaced the logic 7 amp thinking that was the issue, he also picked up a working touch screen but didn't fit that, i have swapped that out in the last few days and now realise why he didn't do it! lol which didn't fix anything, it seems i have no power to the screen at all, I have checked all the fuses in the front and rear fuse boxes,
I have also had all the rear modules out and have no light in the MOST system cables,
does anyone know what module the MOST signal is generated in? or which module if any supplies power to the screen? i have found conflicting information regarding the power audio module that lives under the passenger seat (RHD) could this be the culprit? also the head unit that sits under the front fuse box, could this also handle power distribution? i would like to at least get the screen to power up, once that happens i can then chase the MOST signal issue if there is one,
it's very quiet on my 25 minute commute to work and i only have my own thoughts to listen to, nobody wants to listen to them for 50 minutes a day! lol any help would be greatly appreciated.
