Brake nipple repair search on eBay gives a variety of results including the therapy thing pictured, at 85 quid! Nielsen do a similar looking kit for 24 quid and big red (good supplier) do a kit with helicoils and all the tooling for 15 quid.

Iv'e just replaced all my bleed nipples for titanium ones to stop this happening. To get my steel nipples out I applied heat to the calliper around the nipple from my heat gun & they loosened a treat. 2010 RR Autobiography 5.0 SC

Or just use aluminium high temp anti seize on the threads. Can also be used on back of pads, hub to alloy interface, injector threads, glow plug threads, anywhere there’s an aluminum to steel connection or height temp use like exhaust nuts.
