Anyone help my lower tailgate is stuck shut top opens fine I’ve tried another working switch still no luck have power to the switch tried all the reset procedures.

I don't know of a way to manually open it.

It's likely to be electrical though - so the first thing to do will be to check for error codes.

Mine was slightly different, in that it wouldn't power close. It turned out to be a broken wire in the loom between the control box & the tailgate.
