How do you stay motivated?

Hi All
Last year (Jan) i purchased a 2004 L322, ive been trying to get it back on the road for a over a year (needs very simple things but it fights me at every step). how do you keep motivated to keep trying to fix it?
thanks

Treat it as a classic car, rather than an A to B. That way you have the mindset that you’re putting something back on the road that in a very short space of time, will be acknowledged by those in the know, as something special.

I was having just this thought as mine went into the garage on Thursday. L322 owners don’t own them just as a car, they own them because they appreciate what they are.

Recently had to resort to using a sledge hammer on mine, to remove an air strut / knuckle lower bolt, my next door neighbour who witnessed said surgery reckons we RR owners are all masochists, he may be on the right track Whistle Rolling with laughter
