AMK compressor exhaust fault.

Hi guys - around 2 years ago I got the exhaust solenoid fault with the amk compressor.

I changed it, all was good. This week it’s back and this time I’ve put silicone spray on it as per other threads. It glides in and out fine now but right at the end it’s tight still… is this normal or do I need more spray?

Doing the above still gives me the fault intermittently. I’ve check the wiring for chafing but all looks good.

Today I go the suspension fault bong and I just sat clearing the fault 3 times immediately after each other and then the fault didn’t come back and it all
Worked fine - could hear it venting etc…

Any ideas here? Current stable:

Gone:
2002 4.4 V8 FF
