l322 TDV8 4.4 2011 rear air suspension dropping ever faster

It used to be overnight and sometimes just one side. So I changed the rear bags. The problem persists and now happens faster than before. I am assuming there is a leak somewhere else.

As this is just the rear, what order should I troubleshoot for leaks in? Where could it reconsidering its the rear dropping only?

Interestingly, when parked on a slight slope, the lower side rear went down more than the higher side rear (in case that helps with diagnosis). See three pics attached not on driveway - that was after less than an hour. the two on the driveway show how it slams itself at the rear overnight.

Raises properly and drives fine when started.

Help please you marvellous people.

Hi

When fitting were you careful with the air hose connectors and pipes? Did you clean pipes and make sure they weren’t damaged on removal. They need to be undamaged, clean and have a nice straight edge to seal properly. The fittings have a collar that if not pushed in fully on hose removal can be damaged or pull out enough that it doesn’t seal again even if you think you sufficiently pushed the hose back.

Get some soapy water in a spray bottle and when you have it back to normal height, spray the rear airbag fittings and see if you have any leaks. I start here first. Then move on to hoses.
