I do like them, just as i liked the X5 when it came out, which is a darn shame because just couldn't bring myself to buy one...

You just know that every premier league football club car park is going to be overrun with these by the end of the year and that's before Kahn gets hold of them and Censored 's them up even more....and I bet the waiting list is full of every wannabee from celebrity TV hell.

I just know that i'm going to see loads of these on the road shortly and each and every one will be driven by a posing wannabee with their Gucci shade on and a Louis Vitton bag sitting on the passenger seat with a bloody chihuaha sticking its head out of it..

I honestly think badging this as a RR was a bad move - in the same light as as badging the Sport a RR. They just aren't and never will be. Fair enough, launch a vehicle to target a specific market, but don't abuse the good RR name to do it.

I just hope that LR don't go down this route for the next FFRR, some things are meant to be left alone, and the class and elegance of the FF is a major selling point that I hope doesn't disappear forever in the pursuit of the playstation generation.

Rant over - at least now the posing Censored 's might leave the X5 alone and i could maybe start considering one again....

South Africa 2014 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Luxor

I think the missus needs one with her RRS 4 years old now. She disagrees cos she saw the specs of the engines. Until it comes out with a TDV8 it's probably not gonna excite her, and that's a shame cos it's a great looking car.
