A Pillar trim lifting

I noticed there was a crack in my A pillar trim (stone??) 2021 Range Rover Fifty. Took it to a body shop who ordered one & replaced it while I waited. Got home to see it had lifted at the top edge. Returned, they said the adhesive must have let go. I told them to keep it for the full day. Been ok for about 3 months until today. Lifted again. Can anyone tell me how to remove/replace it. Lost faith in the body shop

They are fixed using some trim clips and adhesive tape but there is a single small bolt at the base of the A pillar trim. You need to open the bonnet and there is a piece of plastic trim at the base of the A pillar - pull this up and it clicks out of position. Behind this is the bolt.
