Invery Low Volume

Hi All.

I have an Invery unit plugged into the iPod dock in my 2012 Westminster. It works perfectly in every respect except that the volume won't go above what I would estimate at about 20% of a typical listening volume. I realise that's a bit nonsensical but I hope you know what I mean - it's not whisper quiet - I can hear it if I turn the volume on my phone and the car to full - but it's certainly nowhere near a suitable volume).

I've tried using different music apps on my phone and it's the same regardless of the source.

Anyone else with one of these units had a similar issue, and if so did you resolve it?

Thanks

Mine is really loud at 50% volume on my iPhone 14 Pro max and using the Amazon Music app ( which is really really good for, and included free in my Amazon Prime subscription )

What music app are you using ?

It's really weird. I've tried Quobuz and Spotify with exactly the same result. 2012 TDV8 Westminster in the New Forest

if you go into the bluetooth settings on your phone maybe try changing the Device Type to see if that helps? 2011 L322 Autobography - a lot of bells and some of the whistles...owner with no idea!

Thanks. Your reply prompted me to look deeper into the audio settings on my phone and switching off 'sync volume' has allowed me to crank up the volume in the car to any level.

I still have to have the volume up much further than for any other audio inputs (radio, CD etc.) even with the phone volume on max but I can live with that.

Regards
