Hello, any help would save me from this hell would be much appreciated

I have an issue with this 2016 L405 Blind spot and reverse traffic light comes on when reversing

At first there was many codes in the right side blind spot module, replaced it with one from junk yard and now I get these two codes from Blind spot module right ( passenger side )

B11D6-15 Driver display alert led
B11C9-11 Driver display status led

While the left blind spot module has no codes

Both driver and passenger mirrors tested with scan tool and they work perfectly

Changed Blind spot modules left from the same car in junk yard, same issue, removed door panel and all wirings are in good shape

I’m lost, please I need hope 😭🥲

Could it be the right module I changed at first has this fault? ( the one was on the car had many communication faults and the same 2 code above was there also, changing it removed the other faults and the above two stayed ) Or is it the other side that has the fault
