2012 L322 Driver's seat base replacement - advice please?

Seat base replacement - advice please.

I have a 2012, 116k mile TDV8 Westminster and I'd like to change the leather and bouncy parts of the drivers seat base which is now a little worn and squashed.

I've bought a complete matching passenger seat and intend to transfer the necessary parts from the spare passenger seat to my driver's seat.

I've seen a few posts regarding earlier cars but not too much on the later ones. Before I start pulling my "new to me" passenger seat apart, can I ask the group for advice on how I should go about this little job?

Thanks, Woody

All sorted.

I just used the info on the forum to remove the seat and figured the rest out.

I now have a much more comfortable driver's seat. I'd certainly recommend doing this light bit of renovation work if your drivers side seat base has seen better days.
