2011 4.4 tdv8 turbo bypass valve and VGT actuator

Hello! Earlier this week I have picked up a 2010 L322 with 4.4 tdv8 with a few issues and occasional restricted performance fault. Hooked up to a scanner and a few codes popped up, my main concern are: P040D-00, P0046-77 and P0033-00. Would appreciate any advice. Here is what I've found so far, please correct me if I'm wrong:
P040D-00: exhaust temperature sensor needs replacing, sits in the exhaust manifold on the passenger (NS) side of the engine;
P046-77: electronic turbocharger actuator needs replacing, sits on the variable geometry turbocharger, on driver's (OS) side of the engine;
P0033-00: some issue with turbo bypass valve, and that is where I'm not sure how to properly check an diagnose if it is the valve itself faulty or it is something like vacuum line perished or it just dirty and needs cleaning.
Have a great day everyone!

With regards to P046-77, raise the car to off road height and you will see the actuator rod on the turbo. Get someone to start the engine while you watch the rod, It should flick up and down a couple of times as soon as the engine starts.
The by pass valve can be seen by looking down the bottom of the radiator, engine side.
You can manually operate it from underneath and it should move 90 degrees.
If yours has a nut on the actuator arm it is the old style and has an updated part with no nut.
Thumbs Up

Thanks Kevin, I've replaced the actuator, for some weird reason it's arm was in the opposite side to where it supposed to be and was bent as well, so it was no brainer, with bypass valve, I just had it cleaned properly, took apart solenoid, it had oil and other gunk inside, all over diaphragm as well as some oxidation inside the shaft where guide pin moving, put it back in and the code is gone (how lucky was that 😀). Honestly, I didn't pay attention to whether it had a nut on the arm or not, so not sure if I still have the old one.
