Don't forget two batteries and need to reset for new battery installed, although I guess dealer should know all of this. Also could be a short somewhere and seem to recall an earth wire somewhere which shorts out on that model.

The second battery is often overlooked. I never had issues starting mine but replaced as preventative maintenance and it starts with so much less effort now, instant vs. Delay before so worth checking both have been changed.

Also as mentioned will need bms resetting so the car can charge it properly

I've never purchased a new battery that was properly charged up. Typically never a problem, but on these electrically hungry and fussy blighters?
