Remote timed climate heating

My FF doesn’t have the remote set up but I guess it has the timed climate - need to check but being the AB I expect it to have the timed climate.

Anyway, I have a key fob from an older vehicle that looks the same as the current version so was wondering what I needed to get it to work?
