Brake light, sections staying on

Hi All,
2008 3.6 is keeping 3 sections of the brake lights on on both sides, when off and locked, and left overnight.
I have read codes with a Id tool, there are none I related to lights or controls.
Are these led lamps, is that the issue?
Anyone have this before, suggestions please?
Thanks

Water gets into the light assembly. I replaced mine with an ebay cheapie a couple of years ago.

Thanks, I'll check that.
Bit odd though that both sides are the same with just 3 LEDs on in the same row.

My comments were regarding the high level light.
