Front and rear passenger doors not unlocking.

Afternoon all.

Having a strange issue with my 2010 3.6TDV8.

I am able to unlock and open all the doors using the fob and then can load up the car and drive away. When I park up, you can feel the drivers door unlocking when I open from it from the inside, all other doors remain locked and cannot be opened from the outside unless I unlock them again using the fob. Is there a way to set up the car so that all doors open from the outside once the car has been parked up and the drivers door opened? It mainly an issue when I have the kids in the back of the car, means I have to find the fob again and unlock the doors so I can get them out.

Probably missing something obvious but any advice would be appreciated.

Cheers

Thanks. As it happens my iid tool arrived yesterday. Just trying to work out how it all works. Is straight forward enough to change the CCF?

When you bind the tool to the car it will copy ccf as it is then you can edit ccf as you need basically, I had the battery on charge for couple hours before and (rightly on wrongly) left it connected while editing ccf as it can soon run battery down. My car had drive away locking when I got it and don't like it if I feel in need to lock the car when stood in traffic I just push the button on the dash I also enabled wipers to intermittent when stopped at lights.

Pretty sure what you describe is how it’s meant to operate unless you change CCF as covered above. To open or lock all with the fob you have to press it twice quickly. One press does drivers door only as this was done if you are alone in a dodgy area and you don’t want someone you don’t know jumping in the passenger side when all the doors unlock, you get the idea….

When I park up I just press the unlock button on the dash and they all open.
