2008 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Alaska White

Cannot Reset Oil Service display on start up

Hi, have read various posts re resetting the service interval "Oil Service". Following the suggestions exactly pin those treads my display states "Cannot Reset". Any clues anyone?
